Frequently Asked Questions

How much support do I receive?

The 12 week course consists of six, 1-2-1 bi-weekly sessions. Each week includes bespoke implementation resources to be completed ahead of the next session.

The first session is a 120 minute “Clarity Kickstart“.

The following five sessions are 60 minutes in duration.

How do I book my coaching sessions, and what platforms do you use?

I use Zoom as my chosen platform. To arrange a discovery call, simply click here or on any of the given buttons on this website. It will take you to my calendar platform where you can find a slot that works for you. Should we be a great match, we will agree session dates and times for the course together.

What happens if I need to reschedule a session?

I ask that you commit fully to this container — it’s in your best interest to show up and it’s how real change happens.

However, life happens, and I understand that.

One reschedule is allowed with 48 hours' notice. Proceeding reschedules/cancellations are a forfeited week.

What can I expect from a discovery call?

A discovery call is a no-pressure space for us to connect and see if working together feels aligned. It’s not a sales pitch — it’s a meaningful conversation about you, your goals, and the support you deserve.

We will uncover who you see yourself as currently being and who you think you need to be to take action towards your dreams and what is the gap between that.

You can ask me anything, how the process works, payment options, rescheduling policy or anything else that helps you feel clear and confident.

If we’re both feeling a yes, we’ll talk through how to get started. And if not? No hard feelings — you’ll still leave with clarity and insight.

Do you have a payment plan option?

Yes! I offer one-time payments and also a three month payment plan to give you flexibility. This can be discussed on the discovery call.

What is the difference between coaching and therapy?

It’s important to clarify the difference to make sure this is the right service for you.

Therapists are trained to diagnose and treat mental health conditions, including trauma, depression, anxiety disorders, eating disorders, and PTSD.

Coaching focuses on personal development, goal setting, and achieving specific outcomes. Unlike therapy, coaching does not involve diagnosing or treating mental health disorders. Instead, it emphasizes helping clients improve their performance and realize their overall potential.
